Dominick Maniscalco

Dominick Maniscalco is the chief human resources officer for Milwaukee Public Schools. He oversees the district’s people strategy, focusing on operational excellence, culture building, and modernizing HR systems to better serve employees and students. Prior to joining MPS, Maniscalco served as head of human resources for the Chicago Housing Authority.
